Found a great hardware (五金) Super market at along UBI crescent.
Actually i saw this shop 2 years ago, but i forgot where it is located.

Bought a 10m long Stanley Measuring Tape for $29.95 (inclusive GST).
They sell all sorts of hand tools, eg. wrenches, spanners, saw, paints, ladders .....
