How to Sync Contacts from Outlook to WM Phone

Recently my friend bought a HTC Diamond phone.

But the user manual is 6.324MB and 268Pages.
What the ..... Crap. To use a phone we need to read a 268 Pages manual.
ok.

But the real problem my friend had with the phone is to copy his contacts from
outlook into his new HTC diamond phone. To the idea is to sync the contacts from Computer to the Phone.

so to speed up the process of learning to use the phone, i have created a .pdf
to instruct on how to sync the contacts from computer to phone.
